This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from A Sunny Boutique are processed, shipped, and delivered — including free local pickup at our Green Bay boutique.
1. Shipping Territory & Costs
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All prices are charged in United States Dollars (USD $).
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $75.
- Flat Rate: a flat $4.99 Standard Shipping fee applies to orders under that threshold.
- No Hidden Fees: the price shown at checkout is the final price.
2. Handling & Order Cut-Off Times
- Order Cut-Off: orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Processing Days: orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
3. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat) from dispatch to delivery.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–13 business days from order placement, weekends and U.S. public holidays excluded.
- Service Type: Standard Shipping only — we do not offer expedited or overnight options.
4. Free Local Store Pickup (Green Bay)
If you live near our boutique, you can skip shipping altogether. We offer free local pickup at:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours during regular store hours.
5. How to Order for Store Pickup
- Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select Local Pickup as your shipping method (when available).
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready to collect.
- Bring a copy of the confirmation email (printed or on your phone) when you visit.
6. Tracking & Delivery Accuracy
Once your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation containing the carrier name, tracking number, and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reshipment fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Delivery Issues & Damages
- Damaged in Transit: report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing natalie.lasecki@gmail.com with photos of the item and its packaging.
- Lost Packages: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Resolution: confirmed damages and carrier losses are resolved with a replacement or full refund — see our Return & Refund Policy for full terms.
